AI-driven production planning optimizes resource allocation based on product type and quantity. It utilizes data on productivity rates and adjusts allocations for unpredictable orders arriving mid-week.
Solution Approach
WG Corp selected Odoo Enterprise for its economical pricing and open-source customization. They chose the Inventory & Manufacturing module and aim to generate a daily manufacturing schedule by predicting production performance until order fulfillment.
Prediction Models

- Models use historical planned and actual values.
- Predictions happen daily, updating the remaining quantity per product after each day's prediction.
