About the Project

The implementation of Odoo ERP played a pivotal role in centralizing operations across various stores by integrating Odoo with Shopify stores. This integration facilitated seamless management and coordination. Additionally, the Odoo ERP system was instrumental in connecting five different companies, effectively centralizing their accounting figures to ensure unified financial management. Furthermore, an inventory management system was established to oversee multiple warehouses, their inventories, various operations, and intercompany transfers, enhancing overall efficiency and organization.

Managing over 55 Shopify stores while dealing with five different companies offering the same products can be quite challenging. Additionally, the situation is complicated by unorganized inventories scattered across various warehouses, making it difficult to keep track of stock levels efficiently. Furthermore, the lack of proper visibility on accounting figures adds another layer of complexity to the operations, hindering effective financial management and decision-making.
